To All Listeners of The Breeze:

An update on our situation: Sound Exchange and the Copyright Royalty Board have decided to allow all Internet radio stations continue to broadcast past the July 15th deadline under the old rate structure as long as fruitful negotiations continue with both parties.

As a result we are now resuming broadcasting The Breeze, but for how long, we still do not know.

Thanks to all for your support and E-mail.

We will continue to keep you, our Loyal Listeners, informed about our plans.

We encourage you to check back at our Web site in a few days, and in the meantime, please go to www.savenetradio.org for the latest on this ruling.

If you are a U.S. resident, you can also help out by contacting your Congressional Representative and your United States Senators and urging them to get involved in the efforts to Save Net Radio.
