I can’t hear the sound clips.

The mp3 files can be heard on most computers, but you may need to download a player to get the full effect of the music. Some of the ones we recommend are RealPlayer and Windows Media Player. And, of course, be sure to check all of your cables and volume controls on your speakers.

How do I order CD’s?

Simple as clicking an “Add to Cart” button. We use PayPal to process our payments, but *you* don’t have to have a PayPal account. It now works just like any other credit card processing system on the Web.

You can browse the pages of several artists, adding CD’s to your cart as you go. On any of the pages, click the “View Cart” button to see what’s in your shopping cart.

How do I pay for my order?

When you are ready to check out, click a “Checkout” or “View Cart” button and review the contents of your shopping cart. You will be asked to fill out your billing information, shipping charges will be calculated and on the final page, you will confirm your order. You will then be taken to PayPal’s Web site to complete your purchase. You may use credit cards or pay through your PayPal account if you have one.

Meanwhile, we will e-mail a confirmation that your order has been received and is pending. Once payment goes through, you will receive another note from us, confirming your order. PayPal will also send you a confirmation of payment. Once we have shipped your CDs, we will send you a note including tracking information about your package.

Can I just send you a check or money order?

If you prefer to pay by check or money order, we can accomodate you. You will still fill out your billing information and complete the checkout process online. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that your order has been received and is pending. Print and send us a copy of that confirmation, along with your check or money order made out to Meyer Broadcasting Corporation to this address:

If payment is by check, your order will ship once the check clears. If payment is by money order, your order will go out the next business day, after we receive your order and payment.

How long will it take to get my order?

That depends on where you want us to send it. We’re located just outside Chicago, so the closer you are to us, the sooner you will receive your order. We ship by first class mail and the shipping and handling fee is added to your purchase price when you check out.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping charges are determined by the number of items you purchase when buying CDs and by the total weight of your purchase, when buying larger items.

International Orders

For orders outside the Continental United States, please e-mail us for shipping costs and information about payment methods.

What if I want to return something I buy?

We hope this won't happen, but if you find that you are not pleased with your purchase, we will give you your money back, provided that the CDs are returned to us, unopened, within 14 days of the day you receive them.

Do you share my personal information with anyone?

No, we don't. Our policy is not to share what you tell us with anyone. Period. Our Loyal Listeners and Web site visitors are very important to us. Some forms on our site do ask for your name, e-mail address, street address, city, state, zipcode and other details, and we do need the address information for shipping and billing purposes for purchases, but we respect your privacy. We only use that information to provide you with the products you have ordered and answers to the questions you have asked about The Breeze and The Breeze Showcase and the artists we feature.
