John Meyer, C.E.O.

John Meyer is a graduate of St. John Military Academy in Delafield, Wisconsin and Indiana University with a BA in Business and a minor in radio and television. He has had a love for the broadcasting business ever since childhood and realized his dream in the early 1970's, as founder of Northwest Indiana's first and only easy listening music station, WFLM (World's Finest Listening Music), licensed to Crown Point, Indiana in 1971. The call sign was later changed to WWJY (Joy 103.9 FM).

Even tho he sold the station in 1994, his love of beautiful and easy listening music has not waned. John has accepted the challenge of converting a vinyl and reel-to-reel music library to digital, and developing an easy listening on-line music format for a world-wide audience on the Internet. The resulting effort is now known as The Breeze.
